I’m as lean as it gets bro and qualyx dosent take from the fatpads on your upper cheeks which makes you youthful the lower cheek fat are probably useless that’s why people when the cut weight the loose it if it was important to keep you youthful you won’t loose it when you cut weight but since I’m genetically doomed with a stubborn face fat I have no other option
Thing is you can't AS LOCALLY REMOVE FAT AND NOT FAT PADS. lower cheeks fat pads are the foundation of your face. It just doesn't make your face slimmer, it mealt the fat pads. That's why bichectomy always make people look old asf. aqualyx does the same in a lesser extent and with less dramatic leanmax results. Trust me it's not possible to not get fucked over time.
What if you took controled superficial doses? Cause I might be genuinely just genetically cooked with my fat distribution leaving this the only solution or to go even lower with body fat which is very hard to maintain my face gains weight really fast like when I go to 14-15% bf I look as if I’m 18-20% which is so bad I hate it
