It can also help you sleep better and help you relax, I’ve used it for a while and it actually works. I recommend taking 400mg at night before bed as it can higher your test slightly too, don’t expect too much for test tho

Nature's ssri, it was shitty for me when I took it a few years ago! Literally killed my morning wood and lowered my sex drive even if it's marketed as a testo booster! If u aren't sensitive to an increase in serotonin, it can be good as it lowers cortisol

Cope for boosting your test not cope for dealing with acute anxiety

long term use will fuck you up

it does lower cortisol. if you are extremely in tune with your body you will notice. if you are looking for some crazy massive change in your life and test going through the roof then it's cope, but if you literally just want to lower your cortisol it does do that. my only experience is with KSM-66

natures SSRI

it will just make you feel flat and like nothing is real long term
could be used on a 1 month cut to reduce cortisol?

In an attempt to preserve muscle mass?
in an attempt to stop looking like a cortisol ridden zombie :lul:

its probs just lack of sleep, and i tend to use adderal and fasting to get lean, which works, but it kinda makes me look like shit during the cut.

obviously its not a healthy cut and my cortisol in gonna be high with the amount of food restriction but i was just wondering if adding in a bit of ashwaganda could slightly help with the temporary high cortisol ive given myself. also preserving muscle is also ideal
