I’ve recently bought ksm-66 aswagandha and been using it for soon 1 week, i mainly bought it to reduce cortisol and boost my test a little, but im getting mixed replies, some say its pure cope and does nothing and others say its good. Personally i havent felt any noticeable changes yet, but i still have to wait and see. I take 1 capsule (300mg) every morning.

300 mg seems low, I think 500–800 mg is more typical. Ashwagandha doesn’t actually increase your testosterone in any meaningful way, and even if it did, the effect would be so minor that you wouldn’t notice any real benefit. I believe ashwagandha mainly helps lower cortisol, but that’s about it.

you would have to take at least 500mg consistently to reduce cortisol

yeah i figured it was pretty low, but chat said i should start with 300mg and up it later

Depends on what you are trying to get from it. If you are taking to increase test then yea that's complete cope, it will have no or very minimal effect. But for cortisol it has been proven to lower it by as much as 66% according to this randomized placebo controlled study,

The doses seem low in the study but I recommend upping the dose regardless.

Edit: I reread the study and it actually does increase test but minimally.

Its a HUGE Jewish cope and it's extremely toxic

idk, i havent seen that kind of ashwagandha, there are different types, i have the ksm-66 variant, different types may vary in dosing i think
I've been taking it daily and I haven't really noticed any visible difference tbh. All I heard that it lowers cortisol so it couldn't hurt to take. It's probably not 7200mg but I didn't read label closely

The only thing it can help you with (very minimal aswell) is with sleep. The claims that it increase test are cope.
