yes unfortunately, i know a 6’2 htn autistic kid at my school that’s always alone and doesn’t have any friends or get any attention it’s a massive failo

Maybe, If it makes you withdraw from social situation entirely maybe yes. But if you are GL enough you will still end up with a girlfriend.
