well it depends. everyone has different fat distribution genetics. obviously u gotta be a little recessed in some places to even be able to have a "baby face". but your face should get more lean for after puberty

baby fat is a real thing, doesn't really go away fully until 18 i'd say.

babyface is having a feminine face. soft features are what makes a face look feminine. face fat makes your face more soft in general which gives it a feminine look.

Fat is part of the equation but isn't the whole equation, facial height/skull height along dimorphism is the main thing that determines the "childish/babyish" appearance of the face, a short lower third combined with a vertically short midface (short midface =/= compact) will make you look childlike, and most dudes with SFS tend to give childish vibes for that reason which is obviously not good.

He made his lower third longer, as a result he looks much more mature in the right pic, left pic could be easily confused with a 16yo teenager although the dudes was in his twenties iirc.
Notice that his BF levels weren't high.

Depends. Some phenotypes and genetics actually means more fat being stored on the face which emulates the "baby face". Nothing can be done about it other than buccal fat removal surgery unfortunately.
