Mirror is the most accurate imo coz there’s no lens distortion and it’s in 3D. Yes it is flipped and you may be biased to yourself but how good you see yourself in the mirror is how good others see you normally (if you’re honest with yourself). Look at male models like and look at their face for a few minutes. Then flip the photo. It will look a bit off, (like Sean o pry for example). Ask a family member to go to the mirror and you will see they look pretty much the same.

mirror is really accurate, yeah ur brain copes by removing some asymmetries but the proportion still hold true, in a camara depending on the lens it can change lots of things like face width and eyes etc. but a flat mirror only thing the mirror does is flip ur face and "remove" your asymmetries, but it is stills shows proportions and bone structure more accurately imo
