Is bad reaction to nicotine sign of high E/low T?

Basically friend of mine uses snus (nicotine pouches) and told me how all his male friends feel good on it, relaxed and all that, but all his female friends felt very bad and even puked from it. Any research on this? My broscience theory is that females rely on estrogen as main hormone, and nicotine reduces it acutely, so maybe thats why

I think it might be duo to nicotine tolerance or body weight

Like from cigarettes? But snus is muuch more powerful then cigarettes so it wouldn't make sense

I highly believe they just got nicotine poisoning duo to the average girls lower body mass resulting in higher percentage of nicotine or cotitine in their system
