Yeah i have recently begun doing things that has helped, my situation really isn't that bad. Yes I have some thinning, recession but I'm 29 years old it's expected. You have 15 year olds balding and taking tranny drugs then spazzing out when you don't advice teenagers to take it. Truly laughable how many know it all kids on this forum. Inflammation Is just one aspect, there are many factors to it and you kinda have to address them all, in essence you need good metabolic health and a few other things
