giga cope just do a dead hang in the morning if anything

When i wake up I actually hang from a pull up bar for an hour so I keep the extra inch in the morning longer

It has made me go from 5”4-5”8 in like 8 months but I haven’t grown in like 2 months and I think it’s over it could also have just been puberty
