minoxidil is definitely not cope, castor oil doesn’t work the way you think for hair growth. Based eye serum might work, but you’re better off using something like hydroquinone.

minox works oral (stronger+ better results compared to topical) or topical, u just gotta stay consistent (6 months + ) (thats where it really shines) there isnt really any solid evidence of castor oil promoting hair growth either. minox is the only one that really works out of the options you listed.
