(Before reading shitty rant the point of this was because my friend was saying how no matter how bad you look a beard will save you, not in general context of all people) I’ve been talking to my retard friend who thinks nothing is about looks and all you need to do is “get lean, dress well and stay clean and groomed” when he brought up the point of beards. I was saying how people for EX: cuffem are completely recessed on almost every aspect of their face and will never be able to look better as a grown man who’s structure will never grow again. Then he just kept saying the same bullshit but I pulled up the point on how “a beard helps your jawline by hiding position of your hyoid bone, as well as your ramus to compact your lower third making it look sharp”(kind of hard to explain to smb who doesn’t know basic osteology). And he began to rant about how its “for looks” so I pointed out “if you have amazing forward growth along with a long ramus and decent hyoid placement why would you want to cover it up with hair so people will just see that”. I understand that some girls enjoy beards and shit but at the end of the day I have never seen somebody like jordan barret, zeta or wtv mainstream model rocking a full grown and groomed beard. At the end of the day why would you want to cover up the beauty of your genetics? lmk your thoughts
