If you're 4.5 PSL already, then maybe fixing your minor flaws can get you to a 5.

It depends on how your base is really.

Its important to remember that making massive 2 to 3 point psl jumps are impossible with plastic surgery. You need to have the right base and starting point, meaning that, if you want to be 5 psl, you need to be a 4 or 3.5 minimum. You can't be a 1 or 2 and expect to become a 5 through surgery alone. Its not impossible to go from 2 to 5, but unlikely. Plastic surgery isn't a miracle.

And what is considered a 5 psl 4 psl is normie to start with and most people are normies so 5 psl isn't much of a jump booster 6 though is.

Your eyes need to be pushed a little bit inside your skull and your mouth area + jaw and chin need to be pulled forward... to make it look projecting and forward grown like a curry, hispanic or white.

unfortunately i don't think there is any surgery like that.

But all i can say is that you'll never be 5 PSL with those bug prey eyes and slightly negroid tier maloclussion. Your lips protrude.

Even if you get genio it will look like downward growth.

Exactly. My ultimate goal is PSL 5 from 3.75 and that's after bimax, genio, and and an eye area overhaul with Taban. And even that'll be a difficult jump despite the fact that I at least have an improvable base. People who think they're going to become near models aren't being realistic.

I'd be very content with PSL 5 because I have enough else going for me so that I'll be able to do very well with girls and get a lot of respect at that point.

My goal is to get to a psl 4. I'm a 2.5. I was pretty damn recessed before bimax, so now that that is done, I have an alright base to do a chin wing (assuming the BSSO cut made doesn't wash away those chances, in which case I'd settle for a chin shield since I need chin projection either way, but it'll suck missing the ramus change and slight width from a chin wing), rhinoplasty, otoplasty, and almond eye surgery. Most of those are scheduled, so right now it's just a waiting game. That doesn't include any lip lift/upper jaw grafting I've looked into/asked for but I'm not sure I'll do. But I figure 1.5pts especially working on the eyes and lower third should be doable.


If I'm hitting psl 4, I think I can get by given height/body despite being ethnic.

Yeah I'm italian. And yeah I've had 2 girlfriends (one 2 year relationship and one that was only a month or so who I met off hinge) and I've had sex with 10 other girls through tinder/hinge (6), social circle (2), and bars (2). 11 of them have been within the past year too and I really haven't gone as hard on the tinder/hinge as I should have because I've been so busy, so my count could be a lot higher. I feel like I might be the most NT and social person on this forum though.

I have a recessed jaw and chin, bad eye area, narrow mouth, a projecting bulbous nose, and no zygos to speak of. Also I'm 5'9. In what world is that even average? I just have good hair, a compact midface, decent coloring, okay stubble, and a good body that all halo me. Not to mention like I said I'm probably at least 95th percentile on this forum in terms of being NT and charismatic.

Okay you actually underrate yourself dude. I've seen you and you're definitely above average right now once the swelling goes down. You have potential to get to PSL 5.25 or higher once you see Taban, get lean, build up your neck, and softmaxx. With your height and body halo, you would be in a very good spot.

Nah, 2.5 is accurate (maybe slightly less with my coloring). Longish midface, overprojected and long/wide nose, small mouth, lengthy philtrum, cheeks too wide for jaw, small chin, low set cheekbones, poor eye area, and I have a pretty small skull which sucks immensely. Bimax kinda fucked my front profile a bit, more swelling is down, but, it doesn't look great, so I'm accounting for that too. I think 4 is accurate post surgeries, and softmaxing+body+height can account for the poor coloring offset to a degree.
