If you’re handicapped and rolling around in a wheelchair you have an automatic excuse not to stand up and be heightmogged. You arguably have more presence as a handicap than most normies actually, and being disabled allows you to keep your nt status unlike LL. Crushing your legs is also way cheaper and cost effective than LL. To some girls it might even actually be a halo, especially if you larp that you became a handicap while saving someone else or in a war. 
If you’re old (70+) and in a wheelchair for some tough sounding reasoning it’s definitely a halo though since you have more presence and everyone else at that age is a wrinkly barely alive fart.
On the other hand, you’re probably going to be cheated on since how are you gonna have sex if your legs don’t even work? Also the “tough guy” image fades fast when people realize even a scrawny 13 year old could probably beat the fuck out of you if they were strategic about it.
