It mostly has to do with what you ate growing up, how much stress & toxins you were exposed to, what your mom ate when she was pregnant with you, & how healthy you were overall, prenatally. This all affects physical development like height, frame, face (definitely affects way more than that but this is just what's visible to the naked eye). You could definitely still grow a few inches.
