Honestly when it comes to playing sports s really hard to get my balance right. And im broke as fuck so i cant afford alot of money to eat

My appetite seems to be somewhat non existent as well. I only try to eat enough nutritions and carbs now and barely adds more calories

Bro fucking eat more wtf it dont matter how high ur damn test level is if you not eating how you gonna put on weight

for reference, at that weight i was having to eat like 2700 to move up. Now that im at 80kg, its more like 3200

You need to drink alot of water after each meals to stretch out your stomach so that you either start eating more or become hungrier.
