Height is a contributor, ehen I was in 9ish grade I was 5'10-5'11 and I had a guy, immigrant with like 6'3 height and insane shoulders and wingspan, I'm pretty sure like 6'8 or even more, I felt like he was TOWERING on me. Prob thats more of 4 inches of height but still idk. Its a question of frame, wingspan, build, also neck and etc how aesthetically but it's definitely a noticeable big difrence of height by itself

Skull and frame wont change where your eyes are set, point with height from side perspective it just appears for you to look smaller and broader frame slightly compensates that problem, you aren't seen as short is sense of small or weak but just of "shorter than him" type of thing. And big skull, meh, if you just have proportional big head that's good but if it's appears that way just because it's narrow or smth like that it's worse.
