I have always been very good at sprinting. When I was in HS I was the 2nd best sprinter on my school's team. I was also good at middle distance, jumping, and was varsity in cross country so decent at that as well. Wasn't elite, at bigger meets I still got dusted by 6'4 Tyrones.
I read somewhere that this means I should have lots of fast twitch fibers which are more likely to grow bigger and make gymcelling more worth it. Do any of you have experience with this? I have been gymmaxxing for about 2 months now and I see a pretty big difference in the way I look but nobody has commented on it yet.
