Well, maybe you wouldn't feel emotions and connections with people. 98% of people are shit, but some are cool and give you cool moments. If you didn't feel anything for them maybe that pleasure would simply not exist, although it also has its many qualities, since as I said, the remaining 98% are shit, so it would be easy to discard them when they were inconvenient, and also from the absence of fear ,anxiety,and maybe depression.

I talk more about the psychopath stereotype. From what I've researched, psychopathy doesn't generate a unique personality type, so anyone can be a psychopath and not know it. Sometimes they even set up family, friends, etc. and normally live in society.
