Yes I believe they are pretty comparable and a lot of times they are pared together I think most pedophilies are sadist if not all of them I can't say the same thing about sadists so I do think pedophilia is worse but they are comparable it is pretty close and sometimes I'd say being a sadist is worse but most of the time being a pedophilie is worse.
