Yes, because there are three failos here: being Indian, being ugly and being non-NT.
Having just one failo is usually not a problem - you can be Indian, but if you're good looking and NT, you shouldn't have a problem, or you can be non-NT, but if you're a white Chad, life should also be easy for you.
Having two failos makes things much more difficult, with a lot of effort these people could get a girlfriend/wife if they approach and orbit enough girls, but with three failos it's simply over for them and not much they can do to ascend, where do you even start?
