It's 100% real, ADHD too. It's just hard to imagine when you aren't experiencing it since mental disorders are invisible. You have attention lovers on tiktok dancing excitedly about how quirky their OCD and Schizophrenia are, meanwhile the people who actually have those mental disorders and aren't faking it for clout are living life on nightmare difficulty. Those e-celeb people are what make others doubt mental illness lol
