Seems to be the only justification, yeah. Honestly I never would've thought that. I knew about the racepill, but I didn't think it was that strong and I always thought that ethnics would mog me because I'm baldcel and they have hair, since the hairpill seem absolutely brutal. But apparently not, so some hidden lifefuel there.

But also tbh, keep in mind that the age range was 25-35, that's probably a bit of a factor as well. Who knows if foids aged 18-25 would've said the same thing. Probably not tbh, because at that age being bald is probably a bit weirder and rare. You get punished more for being bald and hardcore balding at that age.
