What is your sleep like? How many hours do you get and how do you feel after waking up?

pretty good. Im hitting tiresome after a few hours from getting up

Before I got diagnosed with sleep apnea, it was me waking up 4-5 hours after sleep, feeling just weak, and then I would continue to day at like 60% at the most. Waking would usually be matched with me feeling humid, like my heart was racing previously. I just think you should rule out your sleeping completely before thinking too hard on it, because a sleep disorder, which can be present if you sleep 1-8+ hours, can be life changing if sorted out. So I would recommend monitoring your sleep, see if you are snoring or anything, and work towards getting a sleep study done, either a lab one or a cheap at home study. Of course, it could just be depression but any sleep disorders will cause depression by default as you aren't getting quality sleep.
