Pretty sure it lowers T as ur balls need to be cool to make more T, which is why they hang outside the body, so if anything it’s bad, just being hot is also bad, try go get a tan

Being too hot or too cold is good for anti aging in the long run. I mean at a dna level

But hot air will open your pores and hot dry air will fuck your skin up even worse

So basically good for your body and biological age in the long term, bad for your skin in the short term depending on how oily or sweaty you tend to get
