if you make it to adulthood without getting diagnosed with anything you have level 1 autism at worst. Most autists with actual debilitating autistic issues had it so bad as a kid, all the adults around them could detect something was wrong. If you were able to mask at that age well enough to avoid a diagnosis, you are level 1 at worst or NT and had a bad upbringing or something. Sure you can self diagnose but you're just going in circles tbh. You'd have to consult with a diagnosed autist and study them tbh

I mostly agree but being ignored/the laughing stock isnt that bad honestly. If they realise you lack the social skills to say no , they might give you their work load which can be very annoying to deal with.

Moreover both Bill gates and Steve jobs have also been speculated to have autism , with Bill gates saying that if he were a child today he would be autistic.

Again, it's somewhat difficult to decipher a non diagnosed socially awkward, nerd from a diagnosed aspie/mild autist (in my personal, subjective opinion they're the same thing). Giga pathological level 2-3 autism is obviously a debilitating curse, but to say there aren't alteast some obvious beneficial tradeoffs to mild autism/aspergers/highiq-loweq is just wrong
