Is being super disagreeable a good thing or a bad thing?

I scored in the 99th percentile for it on a personality test for it. Its a lot better then when I was younger I used to argue with everyone nowadays I try to be quiet unless its to my advantage or I have people who I know won't get upset and argue with them.

Is this an overall bad or good trait?
