acne scars only go away by professional means so I don't think so

I had mild acne for 6 years.. It has added little bit of scars that I want get rid off.

Red marks but it start as small yellowish pimple... In worst situation I only get one cyst thankfully.. Usually those things causes my scars.. They usually spam in same location.
