im using astaxathin and beta carotene daily and people complimented me on my coloring now. u wont get thom strijd coloring but its still much better than pale skin

this, beta carotene colouring is really good

astaxanthin hasn’t worked for me so far
retin a will build blood vessels under your skin making it appear redder though

Works really well but you need to high dose so like 50-75mg daily for 1-2 months

You won’t at one month in, changes start coming properly at 2-3 month mark

15kIU beta carotene is way too low, you need triple that maybe even more
