Is beta carotine cope?

What effects did you notice?
I want to achieve a better slightly tanned skin, is that possible with capsules?

yea its not cope at all, its necessary if u dont have sun in your country rn and even with sun it gives u a slight orange tone which looks really good. It takes a while till u see results but usually after a few weeks u start to notice it. U dont need capsules u can also eat a lot carrots but depends on how u want it

i thought carrots were anti nutrient vegetables

When I used to ate like 2 packs of veggies a day (which containe carrots), I turned so orange that people became worried about me lol, and I went to the doc and after giving blood and checking my liver she said that it's the carrots lol.

When people saw me they thought I came back from a vacation lol.

But I think I also had something genetically going on, I think the doc said that an enzyme is not functioning properly, so too much goes to skin pigmentation, but that it's completely harmless.

nah carrots do have a lot of beta carotene and general vitamins
