Beta carotene is VERY LEGIT. I am taking 30mg every day for like a year already and it made me look alot healthier compared to the pale skin especially in winter. In my opinion it's a S-tier looksmax method in terms of effort vs. result

mt2 is kinda unsustainable tho

Beta-carotene has the object of increasing the rate of carotenoides, where tanning increases melanin levels

Carotenoides = orange aspect
Melanin = brown appearance

It is the orange aspect which is perceived as more attractive by science
