Is betz institute the best place to get leg lengthening done? (120k €)

Surgeon seems very experienced but price point is also very high at around 60.000€ for each, both femurs and both tibias. It seems a combined lengthening of about 15cm maybe even slightly higher is possible. Now Turks and Indian doctors do it for a lot cheaper but there is no way they do not fuck something up. Main concern is just the price to be honest I am sure this surgeon is the best for this worldwide, does a lot of operations every year and patients seem very satisfied. I could not afford both right now but could do one section. It is obviously a very big step but I have struggled with being a manlet for a long time and this is by far the most important looksmax for people like me. Another concern would be proportions assuming I get one section lengthened by 7-8 cm now and then the other quite a few years later. (Although he is reluctant to do both at the same time anyway so some wait time can not be avoided) Just too expensive to get both for me right now even as someone who is financially well off. I am not sure how ridiculous I would look if either my femurs or tibias got that much longer but not both. Probably better than being shorter anyway

I am 5'8 actually and I decided I do not want to live my entire life in misery. Having Chads piss on my head from above it has to end. Question is just where to go. Cheap out or pay insane amount.

Face > height but 5'11 - 6 ft is just the minimum requirement. I could never get my face to 99th percentile which would be only other option whereas the height increase has guaranteed benefits.

I am assuming you are getting both femur and tibia, so try to get 6cm at one and 4cm at other to reach 4" in the end. It would be way less risky, and you would look more proportional.
