To answer your question, yes they're legit, but only because they're just selling you stuff that's marked up a bunch.

Not necessarily. Find a reputable seller who doesn't put a big ass sticker that says "drugs inside" on your package. Jokes aside, a lot of EU countries are stricter when it comes to customs but for Isotret, you'll be fine wherever you are for the most part.
