Only really useful for underdeveloped jaws.

Hard to find net positive results and rarely are an improvement if the person doesnt have an already good base. Its a winners win more situation.

tbh man idk if I need bimax, yea my jaw is short but if my Class II can be fixed with braces, I'll just get Genio and jaw angle implants.

sfs cases tend to see better results since their eye areas+zygos aren't fucked from downward growth

it's the longface ccw cases that are more hit or miss

depends on your case, some people 100% need bimax to ascend & there are only a few surgeons who can do enough movement!
