nah i cant trust anyone on this site , if youre intrested in my side profile pics i have posted something similar to this but its quite old like 7 months ago
 
nah you re not recessed/ under/over bite and narrow jaws as far as i can tell
still dont be afraid and consult with top surgeons around you
its only 2-3 months of your life thats lost( syringe/ liquid feeding :feelskek:) and its worth it if you can see good results after :)

my bigonal width is 96 percent , my jaw isnt narrow imo

i am not really knowleadgable about angles/zygoz/ ratios so search/ask experts on this forum in more detail
what i can tell you is that i look slightly worse than you AFTER bimax, still have small mouth, and before bimax i was utterly subhuman
,everything was wrong with me and at least it starightened it out and fixed the overbite
i dont see any failios with your profile tbh

it's not really bad but the forehead could of had some more projection
also that fringe at the front looks like it's floating and your temple points are pretty rounded, looks pretty weird
you should get a better haircut if you have a good hairline
 
Unironically would look better if you were slightly more downward grown.
