I’d say mandibular angle implants and a chin implant as well. Bimax won’t change the perceived width of your lower third, if it even does at all.

something for lower and upper jaw and ramus + brow ridge + rhino

for frontal i dont even know what i did tbh

moved the lips around widened the chin made the gonions and zygos more angular and ofc made the nose less wide and the nose tip less bulbous
mark as solution tbh

well i know some people who need a list of surgeries to even be human so im honestly thankful that a bimax (which is covered by insurance) and a rhino will fix my major problems
