No, u will need to catch up the rest of ur face if ur recessed everywhere else (likely if u truly need bimax in first place)

But it is the biggest face changer of all the looksmax's for sure.

The typical bimax patient will also need ramus augmentation (implants or can be done at same time as bimax with osteotomy) and upper midface augmentation to fully ascend.

Yes, a lot of people need it but theres a ton who dont, that for some reason think they do (maybe hoping they need it, so they can dream of ascension that wont happen, because ascensions only happen to true birdcels, not normie jaws)
