Just project the maxilla forward to match the chin and if they need to adjust the mandible position thats fine but for most underbite cases they move it back a few mm

Yeah but I don’t think they can move the maxilla enough to fix it. In really severe cases they could get lefort snd still have the underbite

Bummer... Hopefully I can get a surgeon with an eye for looks that will try to keep my chin projected as possible. I kinda like my chin projection tbh i think it would look good without a pancake maxilla
