I'm getting bimax and genio in 10 days performed by Dr Dr Kater (Frankfurt am Main, Germany). It'll be payed privat but i don't know what i can expect... here are some pics, i'll upload the results as soon as the bloat is gone.

hab keine genauen, wird aber nicht zu krass, mein maxilla ist nicht weit recessed, meine zahnstellung ist perfekt daher kann man beide kiefer nur im gleichen verhältnis verschieben ich würde schätzen im maxilla ne rotation die dann übersetzt 3-4mm bringt im uk durch rotation und bewegung vllt 6mm, die genioplastie wird halt krass, schätze 6mm +2mm vertikal sind da drin

Will it be a high cut lefort? Need to watch your nasolabial angle as it’s already 90 degrees.
