It surely is, isn't it?

What good is moving the lower part of your maxilla 8mm forward when the rest of your face is an asymmetric fucking toxic wasteland

Well fucking duh, if your upper third and top half of the middle third is the issue then moving the lower third and bottom half of the middle third won't fix it. Do you call an electrician to fix your pipes?

Related question: What good is any surgery at all if it doesn't fix absolutely everything on your face?

Then you'll need more surgeries. Bimax is not cope because it does not solve all of your problems. Orbital implants won't solve your chin btw

I have an underbite and asymmetry in my bite.

Bimax+Rhino+Infraorbital implants can maybe make me weak MTN which is enough to have somewhat of a quality of life

is genio + rhino + midface implants + zygo implants and infra implants a good alternative to bimax for maxillary recession

If you have maxillary recession, nothing but LeFort will fix the recession

If your maxilla is otherwise average or decently forward grown, but you still have lack of projection in those areas, then you get infraorbital implant, zygomatic arch implant, etc...

It's never an "alternative" for solving actual recession

As always, it depends

he isn't clinically recessed just shitty germanic genes the shape of his maxilla is falio nothing can be done except implants in his case
Yes it can... Lefort 1 can move lower maxilla forward regardless of the cause. His lower maxilla is recessed

He just went for the meme wraparound jaw implant by our lord and savior, Barry Epley.

Yah but if the bones are flat and shitty he'll need paranasal implants for the desired effect

Yes, for that area maybe, although paranasal still moves forward in bimax. But the alveolar part, and the mouth, doesn't move without bimax.

No? What idiot said that? Yes, LF2 would be better for a lot of cases, good luck getting anyone to do it.

bimax is not a plastic surgery lmao. It does change your appearance but it also has a lot of health benefits. If you truly need it, I think it's definitely worth it.
