Is Bimax needed in my case?

One ortho told me that I "clearly need bimax" and she wants me to get it done with one of Alfaro's disciples. The second ortho I visited told me it was not really needed. Who do you agree with?

Maybe just chin and jaw implants will be enough. Your maxilla looks okay, your occlusion looks okay based on your lips, your chin is just a bit weak and your jawline is non existent.
