If you are recessed , implants are a bad idea , Bimax is probably better..

I have good forward growth but that's the only thing I have jfl. I lack significant vertical height

Then you will look even better after the surgery , be happy that you have a good base

If we move your chin forward and down to where you want it to be, without touching your lips, will your side profile look good, or like a banana?
