is bimax worth it if at 20k budget?

I'm trying get bimax as soon as i turn 19 , i have several breathing issues but those most likely come from a deviated septum and a narrow pallate so it is mostly safe to assume that bimax will not be covered from my insurance, my biggest problem is the price of the surgery, here bimax typically ranges from 18-30k(without hospital stay) so my initial plan was to get it in turkey with doctor cansiz, however at this price range i have started to question if the surgery is even worth getting since the results vary a lot in this price range, i have seen some people look better and some look worse after the surgery especially when going with lower budget surgeons.

yeah its worth it, i live in another continent but the price range is the same, my breathing/functional problems are caused by recession so i have to get it done

I could get it for free in the public healthcare system but i don't want to get a bluepilled result + you have to wait for like 8 years to get surgery done because the process is slow due to a high volume of patients and low amount of maxfac surgeons working in public hospitals
