Yeah, MSE should maybe have been used, i also used to do it due to lack of space.
but you can fix it with adult orthodontics like you can still expand your palette with SARPE if it's still narrow, idk about surgeries I have an overbite and want to do BSSO But yeah idk man but it's fixable always. You just have to find the right procedures
