Currently using this for skin, better environment to promote collagen and some left over discolouration from past pimples, on top of other things.

Look up melanin reduction on pubmed and they have a bunch of recent articles on stuff for lightening. For collagen, red light therapy, vitamin c serum also but you need feric acid with it, its not as cost effective as light

You can buy a cheap red light infrared lamp that works, not the expensive shit.

R95 phillips is a decent one I think

Also be careful if you use it on your balls as itll heat them up, thats the one issue with near infrared that red light doesnt do. Use it from like 2 feet away atleast.

I used it and it cleared my acne scars + makes my skin glow temporarily as the oils set in. Highly recommend, it also stopped my skin from peeling after using Adapalene gel.
