From a nichemaxxing standpoint, no because blonde hair guys get a major halo if the girl is into it.

It depends on the woman. Almost every foid I talked to has liked my hair, granted, I have really long blonde hair so that might be the case. There is a difference between "oh I like your hair I wish I had it" and "oh I like your hair (flirting)". You just gotta realize which category you fall into.

Also opposites attract in a way, a lot of women that have brown/black hair and eyes like blonde dudes because to them it's different than what they're used to. Just like I as a blonde guy like black haired women (but tbf it doesn't matter all that much if she's pretty).
