I sat around and talked a lot about supplementing, and what I say very often is it would be a lot better to get blood work done to see what vitamins/minerals you are not getting enough of. Thinking more about it, it can even save you some money instead of buying random supplements that you don't even know if you need to be supplementing. Sure if you are really deficient there are clear signs but if not then I think it's better to get some blood work done rather than overworking your kidneys. There still is a limit to everything, vitamins can become damaging if over dosed. Yet others tell me to relax and that it's no big deal, am I the low iq trog for trippin out or am I correct.
