Yes body is definitely a halo. In real life, a 6 foot 4 skinny guy would mog a 5 foot 10 muscular guy. But on Tinder, a short muscular man always wins against a tall skinny man, I found that out the hard way after spending 2 months trying to succeed on Tinder as a tall skinny man and failing miserably even with the best pics I could take.

You look better than average but you could look even better, what are your lifting numbers? (bench press, deadlift, squat, overhead press, barbell row, weighted chin ups)

In just 6-12 months, with the right training program, you could have already reached a 135 lb overhead press, a 225 lb bench press, a 315 lb squat and a 405 lb deadlift. The best novice program is full body 3 times per week, you should be squatting 3 times per week, and you should do the bench press and overhead press 3 times per week also, and do every other lift one out of 2 times, with a few added accessories on top of that. The best way to train as a natural is by using a high frequency, low volume, high exercise selection approach focused on compound movements. Your progress is still decent compared to the average person, but you can do a lot better than this.

You should use my current program Jason Blaha's Novice Program 2.0:
It will get you either to a little below or a little above the standards above, there are also videos on his channel about how to perform each lift properly, so you can review your form and compare yourself to the form shown in the videos. And you should change programs once you start to notice that your progress starts to slow down massively. When that happens, you must switch to either Madcow's 5x5 or Blaha's linear periodization program for intermediates, and it will get you to the advanced level: a 100 lb weighted chin up, a 200 lb overhead press, a 300 lb bench press, a 405 lb squat and a 500 lb deadlift. After that, depending on your genetics, you will either be at your limit, or you may be able to get even better than that over the course of many years with an advanced program like bulgarian light.

But at the advanced level, you will be at your peak physique, you will look muscular enough for people to notice that you actually lift whether you are wearing a shirt or not, and your whole body will be fully developed with absolutely no weak points. Also, if you do everything properly, it should only take you 3 years at most to reach the advanced level. Since you are already mid to late novice, you should get to the intermediate level fairly quickly.

Also, many guys in gyms and online claim that you can separate strength and size but that it is a lie. You cannot get big without getting strong as a natural lifter, so if you want the biggest muscles possible, you will need to be the strongest that you can be on every compound movement, why compound movements? Because they allow you to train many muscle groups at the same time while also making your abs stronger since you must do the lifts without a belt and use your abs to stabilize the weight. Guys who claim that you can get big with light weight are either taking steroids and lying to you or they are skinny kinesiology majors who think they are expert in the field of training even though they haven't put any time into it.

You need to hit back, shoulders, traps hard or you will still look like a framecel. Need to bulk too.

still bad than? Do you think it’s possible to fix my frame? I’m currently 154lbs, do most people my weight have the same bad frame as me?

how tall are you. if you're 5'9 you want 180 at least (stay lean)
