I mean we have pretty clean tap water so maybe it's unnecessary.

I'm healthmaxxing by doing a cleansing fast rn.

Sweden is one of the last countries you'd need to boil your water in tbh. If I were in a third world country though I'd definitely boil water and keep iodine on me.
