What matters in your parents height are their primes, not their aging heights.

Looks like surgery tbh. His entire midface/maxilla grew forward which doesn't happen with roids.

i thought so too, the maxilla looks significantly further back in the first photo and the nasolabial ones can't magically disappear, also the length of the philtrum and chin seems changed (which could suggest a ccw). but idk it could also be the different quality of the photos tbh
