IS BONE SMASH COPE?

I was thinking about bonesmashing my chin and zygos, but especially my chin. I Need a lot more forward growth in my chin area but i am a bit sceptical about it. Any thoughts about this?

You probably wont do it right and end up causing deformities, zygos are the only place worth time if your gonna do it

Make sure you dont have an overbite before assuming your chin is cooked. Bonesmashing won't give you more forward growth

bonesmashing is only temporary, it may look like your bones grew for like an hour but that just swelling from bruises. I can also leave permanent bruising.
